The Opportunity
The Part-Time Learning Support Specialist facilitates student learning by supporting academic content and modeling effective study strategies. The role involves hosting 1:1 and group video sessions and creating asynchronous resources such as skills videos.
- Maintain a weekly appointment schedule year-round.
- Facilitate group video sessions and 1:1 sessions.
- Create digital resources for the Academic Resource Center.
- Collaborate with UX and Asset management teams.
- Engage with undergraduate and graduate students.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience facilitating adult learning, either 1:1 or in groups. Expertise in high-need content areas like math, IT, coding, or MBA subjects is essential. Experience with learning management systems and strong communication skills are a must. Flexibility for night and weekend availability is required.
