About the Role
The Chief Information Officer drives internal IT, digital transformation, and the introduction of responsible AI. You will work with JV partner Built to leverage technology for productivity, manage financial performance, and promote Southbase’s digital capability in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology, digital, and data strategies
- Oversee internal IT operations and secure digital tools
- Drive large-scale organisational change and digital transformation
- Build and manage high-performing technology teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and JV partner Built
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Technology Management
- Ability to translate complex technology and digital concepts
- Proven experience in leading organisational change and digital transformation
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship building skills
