Receptionist Diabetes Endocrine Administration Officer Level 2
Join the South Western Sydney Local Health District as a key administrative support member at Liverpool Hospital. In this permanent part-time role, you will be the welcoming face and essential support to the Diabetes & Endocrine Department.
Role Overview
This position involves providing outstanding customer service, managing eMR scheduling, bookings and Medicare billing, and performing a variety of front-line administrative and reception duties in a busy clinical environment.
Responsibilities

- Manage eMR scheduling, bookings and Medicare billing
- Handle diverse administrative and reception tasks

Work Arrangements & Benefits

Selection Criteria
Candidates are expected to have relevant experience in healthcare administration including patient scheduling, medical terminology, use of hospital administration systems, and Medicare billing processes. A Medical Terminology Certificate is a plus.
