With excellent stakeholder-engagement skills, you will build strong relationships across internal and external teams, providing clear advice and resolving complex billing issues in line with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will champion best practice across sites—including upfront patient verification, fund checks, eligibility confirmation and the timely transfer of billing data—while contributing to continuous quality improvement by evaluating workflows, processes, and revenue practices across the LHD. You will also support clinician onboarding and provide ongoing training to hospital revenue teams through workshops, group sessions and one-on-one support.
