Overview

Join South Western Sydney Local Health District's Mental Health Services Workforce Team as an Administration Officer – Workforce and Staffing Mental Health Services. This permanent full time role is based at Liverpool Hospital Mental Health Service and contributes to the efficient delivery of high-quality mental health care across the district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, staffing, rostering, and payroll processes.
  • Perform data entry, report preparation, and minute taking.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ensure reliable administrative support to managers and staff.
  • Uphold excellent communication and confidentiality standards.

Selection Criteria

Candidates must have or be willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in using StaffLink and/or HealthRoster System. Experience in providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and workforce related processes is essential.
