About the Role
Macarthur Community Mental Health is seeking a proactive and welcoming Administration Officer, Macarthur Community Mental Health to join our busy multi‑disciplinary team. In this frontline role, you will provide high‑quality reception and administrative support to ensure our consumers, families, and carers receive a positive and culturally safe experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will manage a broad range of tasks—from updating patient information in EMR, filing documentation, managing consult rooms within shared outlook calendars, scheduling appointments in EMR, booking interpreter services, ordering office supplies, processing invoices and assisting with emergency response procedures when required.

- Describe your experience providing reception or administrative support in a busy, team‑based environment. What strategies do you use to manage competing priorities while maintaining high‑quality customer service?
- This role requires accurate data entry and updating of client and staff information in electronic systems. Provide examples of how you have maintained accurate records and managed confidential information in previous roles.
- Macarthur Community Mental Health admin team works closely with consumers, families, carers, and staff. Describe how you build effective working relationships and communicate respectfully with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including during challenging or sensitive interactions.
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
