About the Role
This part-time, permanent position at Cabramatta Community Health Centre offers flexible workdays across 5 days per fortnight. You will coordinate staff rosters, manage office supplies, schedule appointments, prepare meeting documents, and maintain records. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating staff rosters in partnership with the Team Leader.
- Managing supplies, stationery, and office resources.
- Scheduling appointments and booking rooms.
- Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and paperwork.
- Maintaining updated records in both hard-copy and digital systems.
About You
You are positive, proactive, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently. You have experience in administration, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. A valid Australian C-Class driver's license is required.
