About the Role: Programme Manager Artificial Intelligence and Automation

The Programme Manager Artificial Intelligence and Automation will provide an overarching programme management function for one of South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust’s most high-profile initiatives: the managed and coordinated introduction of artificial intelligence tools across clinical and corporate functions within the Trust.

This critical role sits within the Digital Services Directorate and is located at Denmark Hill.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

The successful Programme Manager for Artificial Intelligence and Automation will possess extensive experience in leading projects and programmes, alongside strong portfolio management and governance expertise. You will be adept at managing stakeholders up to executive level, ensuring effective communication flows throughout the programme. A methodical and structured approach to programme management, governance, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement is essential to support the successful delivery of this crucial programme.

Flexible Working Opportunities

As one of the few Trusts in London offering flexible working as part of our new ways of working, we are keen to discuss flexible arrangements during the interview stage. This role offers the flexibility to work Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm, promoting an excellent work-life balance.

Location

Our Trust headquarters, Maudsley Hospital, is situated at Denmark Hill, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station (zone 2). The location also offers proximity to the beautiful green spaces of Ruskin Park and a vibrant high street with diverse shopping and dining options.
