Administration Clinical Support Officer Level 3 - Sutherland Mental Health Service

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual with high-level administrative experience to join their compassionate and caring team. As an Administration Clinical Support Officer Level 3, you will provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to the Inpatient Sutherland Mental Health Service team, ensuring objectives are met in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner.

About the Role

This is a Permanent Full Time position, classified as Administration Clinical Support Officer Level 3. The role is based in Caringbah, Sydney, and involves working 38 hours per week. The remuneration ranges from $71,072.43 to $73,287.41 per annum, plus superannuation.

Where You'll Be Working

You will be located at the Mental Health Sutherland Mental Health Service, situated on The Sutherland Hospital campus in Caringbah.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria thoroughly:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role with the ability to perform a wide range of tasks in a demanding workload.
  • Experience in responding to a range of inquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
  • High-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to perform in a rotational role across the service.
  • Experience in a range of systems such as Health Roster, ROB, Staff link, Toll Stream, IPM, Staples & Maximo.
