Administration Officer Level 3 - ESMHS
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a motivated and dynamic Administration Officer Level 3 to join the Kiloh Observation Ward at the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service. This is a permanent full-time position offering a chance to provide essential administrative and clerical support within a compassionate and caring team.
About the Role
As an Administration Officer Level 3, you will provide a high level of administrative, customer service, and clerical support to the clinical staff of the Adult Inpatient Unit, Kiloh Centre, and Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre (PECC) within the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service. Your role will be crucial in enabling the team to achieve their objectives efficiently and reliably. While primarily based at Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick, you may be required to travel across the Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service to assist with vacancies and leave relief, as directed by the Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload.
- Respond to various enquiries and determine appropriate actions in a complex environment.
- Utilize high-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality service and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply high-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Act as a customer-focused team player, contributing to the overall performance of the administrative support function.
- Utilize systems such as Healthroster, Oracle, ROB, WINC, Finsbury, eMR, iPM, and AFM, and be willing to learn new systems.

- Remuneration: $71,072.43 - $73,287.41 per annum, plus superannuation.
- 38 hours per week.
