Job Overview

The Administration Officer Level 5 at South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is a permanent full time role. The successful candidate will lead a compassionate administrative team within the Community Mental Health Service, delivering high calibre administrative and clerical support to clinical and senior management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Community Service Manager.
  • Manage administrative staff including work allocation, performance appraisals and professional development.
  • Coordinate administrative systems, procedures and support to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Utilize a range of software systems including Microsoft Office, Oracle, eMR, and others.

Working Environment

This role is based at the Prince of Wales Hospital campus in Randwick, with potential travel to other ESMHS sites within SESLHD.
