Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to the Eye Clinic.
- Ensure timely, reliable, and efficient operations of the clinic.
- Respond to a variety of enquiries and determine appropriate actions.
- Maintain high-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Utilize computer literacy, including NSW Health systems.
- Engage in customer-focused interactions.
