South Coast Improvement has 85% repeat business with some of the largest providers of Senior Living and Affordable housing along the East Coast. South Coast Improvement Company serves a number of sectors in New England, and also specializes in renovating and expanding occupied Senior Living facilities along the Eastern Seaboard.
Superintendent Responsibilities
- Enforce all OSHA and best-in-class safety standards.
- Lead all efforts in maintaining schedule.
- Maintain strong knowledge of plans, intent, and existing conditions.
- Manage multiple subcontractors, tradesmen, and laborers for the duration of each project.
- Enforce quality and best-in-class workmanship.
- Actively participate in client meetings.
- Conduct inspections during precon and close-out.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably for a General Contractor, as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisor.
- Enforcement of safety best practices, leading weekly tailgate/tool talks, and daily safety checks.
- Experience with interior and exterior renovation work including selective demo, ceiling and wall assemblies, finishes, millwork, and MEPs.
- Experience with occupied renovations.
- Scheduling and coordination skills are essential.
- Managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Procore and MS Office.

Superintendent Employment Requirements
- Willingness to undergo a background check.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
