About the role
Implementation Consultant
Technoculars.com is seeking a results-driven Implementation Consultant with strong experience in ATS/CRM platforms and end-to-end system implementations for a permanent role with their valued client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in iCIMS Talent Cloud or similar platforms, integrations, and delivering scalable recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ATS/CRM solutions (iCIMS / Workday or similar).
- Conduct kickoff calls, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering workshops.
- Design and configure workflows, portals, templates, and recruiting automations.
- Implement and support API integrations (REST/SOAP) with third-party systems (HRIS, payroll, job boards, SSO, background checks).
- Perform data migration using CSV/XML imports, field mapping, and validation.
- Develop and manage career sites using CMS/HTML.
- Drive UAT, Go-Live readiness, and Hypercare support.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues and provide production support.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Build reports and dashboards using Excel / BI tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in implementation consulting (ATS/CRM domain).
- Hands-on experience with iCIMS ATS, CRM, CMS or similar platforms (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Strong understanding of API integrations (REST & SOAP) and data migration techniques (CSV/XML/ETL).
- Experience in career site development (HTML/CMS).
- Knowledge of system configuration, provisioning, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

- Exposure to SSO integrations and webhooks.
