Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

SourcingXPress is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, schedules, and coordination. This role involves handling travel arrangements, calendar management, stakeholder communication, and administrative tasks while ensuring the seamless execution of meetings, events, and business activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport, visas if required).
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments across calendars.
  • Handle calendar management, ensuring optimal scheduling and avoiding conflicts.
  • Coordinate last-minute changes in travel plans or meetings efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
