About The Program
When: June 9 – August 13, 2026
Where: Naperville, IL ($17.00/hourly)
Schedule: 24 hours/week (Tuesday - Thursday)
Who: Current college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent grads
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Director of Training & Development on ongoing learning initiatives and projects
- Support the organization and maintenance of learning content, systems and documentation
- Assist with recruitment tasks including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Provide general administrative support across the HR function
