Job Description
Public Health & Clinical Research Domain Expert at Sourcebae
Sourcebae is India’s largest domain-expert network for AI data operations, powering the AI systems of global leaders including Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Anthropic, and NVIDIA. We connect credentialed professionals — AIIMS/JIPMER doctors, licensed pharmacists, registered nurses, certified lab technicians, and public health specialists — with the world’s most advanced AI companies to make artificial intelligence smarter, safer, and medically reliable.
Our healthcare domain experts are the human intelligence layer that trains, evaluates, and corrects AI models on clinical reasoning, medical diagnosis, drug safety, patient care, and health information accuracy. When an AI chatbot answers a medical question, our experts ensure it doesn’t give dangerous advice. This is not traditional healthcare work — this is where medicine meets the future of technology.
Role Overview
As a Public Health & Clinical Research Domain Expert at Sourcebae, you will apply your training in epidemiology, biostatistics, evidence-based medicine, clinical research methodology, and public health practice to evaluate AI-generated health content for scientific accuracy, evidence quality, and population-health relevance. You will verify AI-cited clinical evidence, assess the quality of AI-generated health recommendations against established guidelines, create evidence-based health datasets, and help build AI systems that provide trustworthy, scientifically-grounded health information. This role is designed for MPH graduates, clinical research associates (CRAs), medical writers, pharmacovigilance professionals, epidemiologists, and AYUSH doctors (BDS/BAMS/BHMS) with research orientation who want to combine their evidence-based training with cutting-edge AI work.
What You Will Do
- Evidence Verification & Citation Audit: Verify AI-cited clinical evidence: check whether referenced clinical trials, meta-analyses, systematic reviews, and guidelines actually exist, are accurately summarized, and are current. Identify fabricated citations and outdated evidence.
- Clinical Guideline Compliance: Evaluate AI health recommendations against established guidelines: WHO, ICMR, NHM, CDC, NICE, and specialty-specific clinical practice guidelines — flagging deviations, omissions, and errors.
- Epidemiological Accuracy Assessment: Review AI-generated content on disease prevalence, risk factors, screening recommendations, vaccination schedules, and public health interventions for epidemiological accuracy and population-level applicability.
- RLHF for Health Information Quality: Compare and rank AI health responses based on evidence quality (RCT vs. expert opinion), guideline adherence, risk-benefit communication, and health literacy appropriateness.
- Public Health Content Dataset Creation: Create structured Q&A datasets covering communicable diseases, NCDs, maternal-child health, nutrition, immunization, environmental health, and occupational health for AI training.
- Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Annotation: Annotate adverse event reports, safety signals, and post-market surveillance data to train AI pharmacovigilance systems.
- Research Methodology Evaluation: Assess AI-generated research summaries for methodological accuracy: study design identification, bias recognition, statistical interpretation, and appropriate conclusion drawing.
- Health Misinformation Detection: Identify and flag health misinformation, pseudoscience, and unsubstantiated alternative medicine claims in AI outputs — ensuring AI does not promote harmful health practices.
