The Opportunity
The Partner Engineer, Voice AI, serves as a trusted advisor to external partners, independently managing mid-scale integration projects. Provides technical leadership and begins influencing internal product direction.
What You'll Do
- Own medium-complexity partner integrations end-to-end
- Advise partners on technical architecture and solution tradeoffs
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on system improvements
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of related experience, or Master’s with 3+ years
- Deep technical knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and cloud architectures
- Experience leading integration projects and managing partner expectations
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of balancing partner needs with internal priorities
