About the Role

As an Independent Travel Advisor, you will serve as an expert consultant, planning and arranging comprehensive trips for both leisure and business clients. You will ensure each client’s journey is seamless from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and Arrange: Create detailed travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and unique experiences.
  • Consultation & Sales: Provide expert advice tailored to client preferences and budgets.
  • Supplier Management: Work with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and availability.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
  • Documentation: Handle booking, payment records, and travel protection arrangements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with travel trends, destinations, regulations, and promotions.
