We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and enhance modern web applications and cloud services. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions across the full technology stack while contributing to architecture decisions, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will take ownership of critical product features from concept to production, mentor other engineers, and help shape technical standards, development processes, and platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build scalable cloud-native solutions that support business and customer needs.
• Develop and enhance APIs, services, user interfaces, and database integrations.
• Own technical solutions from design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and secure software aligned with engineering standards.

Cloud Architecture & Platform Engineering

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, and observable cloud-based applications.
• Build and maintain serverless, event-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
• Support application modernization, architecture evolution, and cloud optimization efforts.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decision-making.

Software Quality & Reliability

• Ensure software quality through automated testing, peer code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Monitor production environments and support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability best practices.
• Continuously improve deployment processes and software delivery pipelines.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across the team.
• Participate in technical planning, solution design, and effort estimation activities.
• Establish and promote engineering standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to strategic engineering decisions.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve development workflows, tooling, and engineering efficiency.
• Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices and automation solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SDLC processes and development standards.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and engineering approaches.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
• Maintain clear API, integration, event, and data contracts across teams.
• Support agile development processes and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience developing and delivering enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
• Proven expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web application development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, backend services, and database-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience working with Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing applications within AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, application architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Experience with source control, issue tracking, and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serverless architectures, event-driven systems, and microservices.
• Knowledge of application monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
• Experience improving cloud cost efficiency and operational performance.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices, cloud security, and access management.
• Experience using automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Python or additional cloud technologies.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
