We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives and help transform complex information into actionable insights. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, enabling stakeholders to make strategic decisions and improve program effectiveness.

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing data processes, ensuring data quality, developing reports and dashboards, and providing analytical recommendations that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate is curious, highly organized, and passionate about leveraging data to solve business challenges and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data collection processes, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through detailed data analysis.
  • Create reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations that effectively communicate key findings and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for decision-making.
  • Ensure the integrity, consistency, and reliability of data through robust quality control processes.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on data insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing reporting on outcomes and results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and querying tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience working with data visualization and business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building interactive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data quality best practices.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement techniques.
  • Experience supporting data-driven projects in mission-focused, community-focused, healthcare, public sector, or other impact-driven environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments and stakeholder groups
