AI Product Owner / Senior Product Manager – AI & Data Products
SoTalent is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML products. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex problems into scalable AI products and drive their successful implementation.
What you’ll do:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI/ML initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise backlogs based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Drive experimentation, prototyping, and continuous iteration in Agile environments.
- Champion responsible AI (fairness, transparency, governance).
- Track performance, adoption, and ROI to continuously improve products.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and optimisation.
What you bring:
- 6–12 years’ experience, with 3–5+ years in product, AI/ML, or data platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle.
- Proven experience delivering data-driven or AI-powered products.
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bonus if you have:
- Exposure to LLMs, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps frameworks.
- Certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AI/ML-related).
