Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy SEM Intern to support our paid search team. As a Digital Marketing SEM Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, keyword research, and performance optimization while leveraging AI tools. This is a fall semester–long internship lasting approximately four months, working around 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments.

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Ads Keyword Planner or SEMrush.
  • Review Search Query Reports to identify negative keywords and targeting opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors’ ad copy, keywords, and landing pages, and monitor seasonality trends.
  • Draft responsive search ad copy and manage ad extensions.
  • Assist with A/B testing, campaign builds, bulk uploads, QA, and performance reporting.
  • Utilize AI-powered workflows for reporting and creative ideation, and shadow strategy/client calls.
