Job Description

The Digital Marketing Operations Intern will support our internal operations team with recruiting, event coordination, finance, internal communications, and process optimization. The role involves using AI tools to streamline workflows and administrative tasks.

Internship Details

• Fall semester-long internship (approx. four months)
• Approximately 15 hours per week with flexible academic scheduling
• Preferably located in the NYC metropolitan area with 2-3 in-office days per week
• Hourly paid following NYC minimum wage requirements
• Potential extension to the spring semester for exceptional interns

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting tasks: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and organizing candidate materials
• Update CRM and vendor databases, including Salesforce and Mailchimp
• Manage internal social media content and engagement
• Plan team meetings, internal events, and new business initiatives
• Support finance functions such as invoicing, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
• Conduct research on business development and market trends
• Organize project documentation and internal trackers
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Utilize AI tools to streamline administrative workflows and reporting
• Assist with procurement and vendor relationship management

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a 4-year degree from an accredited university
• Strong interest in business operations, marketing agencies, and AI-driven efficiency
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools is preferred

Additional Information
