The Corporate Account Executive DACH Role

As a Corporate Account Executive DACH, you will be part of a dynamic, ambitious, and international team of Account Executives that focuses on collaboration, daily knowledge exchange, and continuous optimization of sales processes. Success drives us – and with our open, motivating team culture, achieving goals is twice as much fun!

Together with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, you will expand your customer network daily and exceed your goals. You understand your customers' challenges and needs and know how to position our cybersecurity offering and present a solution they can't do without!

Teamwork is crucial – you work closely with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Managers to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience. Your ability to close deals and drive new business areas is crucial for your success and growth in this role.

Your Contribution to Success:

  • Acquire new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to contract closure – with the goal of acquiring new customers and achieving your sales targets.
  • Work closely with SDRs to identify and qualify leads and ensure a stable sales pipeline.
  • Manage, negotiate, and close cross- and upselling opportunities in close collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with decision-makers of potential customers to convincingly present the value of SoSafe's cybersecurity solutions.
  • Conduct online demos, on-site appointments, and events to present our innovative product and strengthen customer business.

What Sets You Apart:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a closing role in SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on SMB or mid-market customers.
  • Responsibility and ownership – you take initiative, keep goals in sight, and close deals with discipline and consistency.
  • Strong teamwork skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactivity and self-initiative with the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable and able to flexibly manage priorities in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Open to feedback and willing to continuously learn and develop.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model – with office days and remote days.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Fluent German and English language skills are required.
