Job Summary

SAP MM Senior Functional Analyst at Sopra Steria is responsible for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP MM implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the SAP MM module to meet client-specific needs.
  • Implement and support Material Ledger functionality.
  • Participate in full-cycle SAP MM projects including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with global clients and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Provide expertise in data migration and conversion to the SAP ECC environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP SD and SAP PP is beneficial.
  • Experience in data migration and system performance enhancement.

Location & Work Arrangement

Based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement.
