What you will do

As an R&D Java Senior Software Engineer, you will:

  • Contribute to architectural design of banking products.
  • Build software for banking and financing institutions in collaborative R&D teams.
  • Enable continuous improvement of technology and processes.
  • Provide governance to ensure quality and efficient solutions.
  • Mentor team members and reinforce organizational values.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep experience in JAVA Software Development on cloud native products.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Reactive Programming, MongoDB, Angular, Spring Boot, etc.
  • Experience with Rest APIs and Kafka.
  • Proven technical mentoring and leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise-grade component experience and end-to-end delivery management.
  • In-depth microservices based cloud native architecture expertise.
  • Experience working in agile environments and understanding DevOps processes (CI/CD pipeline).
  • Domain experience in Fintech or Banking is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
