Job Overview

The Operation Monitoring Engineer - Infrastructure role is part of the Managed Services team, managing live production environments with focus on scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance of automated batch jobs. Great attention to detail, quality, and first-time accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Service Management tool for workload monitoring.
• Configure and monitor automated batch job schedules.
• Resolve, escalate, and update incidents per SLA.
• Facilitate smooth transition from testing to production support mode.
• Maintain documentation, participate in quality initiatives and update operations reports.

Shift & Rota Details

UK colleagues: 2 shifts (early, day, night) in a rotating pattern. Noida colleagues: 2 shifts (Indian day, UK day, night) in a rotating pattern.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in an IT Operations role.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Flexibility in working hours for rolling rota.
• Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.
