We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Producer of Jeopardy!/President of Embassy Row Productions. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support and managing complex scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics for internal and external meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Executive Producer/President.
  • Coordinate and manage complex calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with internal/external partners regarding schedule changes.
  • Manage expense reports, approvals, and miscellaneous tasks.
  • Create and maintain shared documents and trackers.
