About the Role
The Assistant, Artist Development at AWAL in New York will support the Artist Development team and the SVP, Artist Development & Catalog. You will partner with artists to build their fan bases and careers, while handling administrative, project, and office support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support to the Artist Development team.
- Process project invoices, vendor setups, and maintain tour date databases.
- Coordinate team updates, meeting schedules, and marketing asset distribution.
- Support office operations in New York, including visitor coordination and supply ordering.
- Contribute creative marketing ideas and conduct research on social media trends.
Who You Are
You bring experience in a music company or agency, have a passion for music, and possess strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills. A quick learner who can manage high intensity situations while maintaining professionalism, you are eager to grow both professionally and personally.
