About the Role

The Assistant, Artist Development at AWAL in New York will support the Artist Development team and the SVP, Artist Development & Catalog. You will partner with artists to build their fan bases and careers, while handling administrative, project, and office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Artist Development team.
  • Process project invoices, vendor setups, and maintain tour date databases.
  • Coordinate team updates, meeting schedules, and marketing asset distribution.
  • Support office operations in New York, including visitor coordination and supply ordering.
  • Contribute creative marketing ideas and conduct research on social media trends.
