About the Job
The Global Account Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment is responsible for supporting day-to-day business activities and maintaining the overall health of assigned partner studios. Reporting to the Global Account Director within the Strategic Segment, you will be the first point of contact for your partners and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver commercial and strategic objectives globally.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational needs for assigned partner studios.
- Develop deep knowledge of the partner’s business and long-term vision.
- Identify business opportunities and provide content and operational guidance.
- Communicate updates and support strategic planning sessions.
- Contribute to reports, performance reviews, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate internally to support SIE’s operating models and KPIs.
- Support partner participation in events and manage CRM via Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Sales, Account Management, or related service-oriented roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills with experience in data handling.
- Experience in Video Gaming, Media, Entertainment, or High-tech preferred.
Additional Information
This role is based in San Mateo, CA with a hybrid work arrangement. Compensation is competitive with a base pay range of $115,300 to $172,900 USD and includes a top-tier benefits package.
