Position Overview

The AI ML Senior Technical Program Manager role at PlayStation is responsible for driving complex technical decisions and leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale AI/ML driven initiatives. This role involves collaborating with Engineering, Product, Design, Data Analytics and Marketing teams to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive complex technical decisions across multiple teams globally.
• Manage project implementation from charter to performance monitoring.
• Lead efforts to identify risks and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure clear communication of schedules and priorities.
• Facilitate vendor interactions and track production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical program manager in AI/ML projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Strong technical background to quickly understand designs and risks.
• Experience in breaking down complex problems and making decisions.
• Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
