Overview
The AI Solution Analyst works at the intersection of business analysis, applied AI development, and continuous learning. This role bridges strategic AI opportunities and technical implementation, bringing hands-on expertise to client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Project Delivery: Deliver client AI projects, design and build AI agent workflows, develop prompts, and create prototypes.
- Presales & Business Analysis: Support presales with solution proposals, conduct business analysis, and translate problems into AI solutions.
- AI Exploration & Knowledge Development: Monitor AI trends, experiment with new approaches, and document learnings.
- Workflow Design & Optimization: Design agentic workflows, optimize business processes, and define conversation flows.
Core Competencies
Technical skills include prompt engineering, AI agent design, RAG architectures, and API integrations, while business skills involve process analysis, stakeholder communication, and presales support. A strong emphasis is placed on self-directed learning and knowledge sharing.
