About the Role
Sonnedix is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and office services to employees and managers. This role is crucial for onboarding new employees, including coordinating welcome kits, access provisions, and inductions. You will ensure new joiners have a clear understanding of the company, office procedures, internal tools, and workplace policies. As a daily point of contact, you will address administrative and office-related queries and support operational needs in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
The role contributes to efficient office operations through visitor and event coordination, invoice administration, and expense and purchasing management. This includes maintaining accurate documentation, supporting ESG traceability, managing internal platforms, and coordinating national and international logistics. You will work closely with IT and facilities to ensure office systems and services are supported and operational issues are resolved, while also assisting the Office Manager as needed.
