Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is seeking an Accounting Specialist for our dealership in Roseville, CA. In this role, you will own the accounts payable function, review invoices, analyze operating expenses, and support monthly close and financial reporting processes.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the point of contact for vendors regarding invoicing and payment.
• Review and process invoices for payment.
• Act as a liaison between store-level operations and the Shared Services Center.
• Complete necessary SOX controls.
• Review deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Post deals to the accounting GL.
• Conduct monthly invoice reviews and aging exception analysis.
• Support quarterly and annual audits with research and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Commitment to financial prudence and accounting diligence.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
