Virtual Assistant at Somewhere

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Somewhere, a US-based company. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support, managing travel and events, overseeing inbox and schedules, facilitating communication, and assisting with project management and business operations to ensure seamless functioning.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Provide executive administrative support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong administrative assistance abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.

Requirements for the Role

  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Possess fast, reliable internet connection.
  • Equipped with a second monitor and a fast computer.
  • Maintain a quiet and professional work environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Commitment to working full-time on United States time zone.
  • Provision for a backup power generator or batteries.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation ranges from Php45,000 to Php100,000 per month, depending on typing speed, English language competence, and experience. This is a remote, work-from-home position where you will work on the US time zone and earn in US dollars. You will be paid twice monthly as an Independent Contractor, working directly with an executive at a growing US-based company.
