About The Role
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer / Production Designer to support the creation and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels. This is a hands-on production-focused role ideal for someone early in their design career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing concepts to life through precise execution. You will work closely with the creative and media teams to adapt, produce, and refine assets that power paid media campaigns and brand initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Design & Production
- Edit and produce video content based on storyboards or existing assets
- Adapt ads across multiple formats (digital and print), including resizing and layout adjustments
- Create and refine paid social graphics, website assets, email creatives, and marketing collateral
- Apply strong design fundamentals across all outputs (layout, typography, color, composition)
- Implement client feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently
Video & Creative Execution
- Edit video content including cutting footage, adding effects, and finalizing audio
- Support light animation and motion graphics where applicable
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in team meetings to review progress and align on priorities
- Communicate effectively with designers, media buyers, and stakeholders
- Actively monitor and respond to updates via Slack and Asana
Organization & Workflow Management
- Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries
- Ensure all files are properly named, versioned, and accessible
- Track deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Log time accurately on a daily basis

Required Experience
- 1+ year of experience in graphic design and/or video editing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
- Experience working on digital and print design projects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
