About the Head of Growth Global Hiring Role
We are seeking a Head of Growth Global Hiring to own and scale the complete revenue engine across two business verticals: Consulting services agency and Real Estate Investments. The role is ideal for a proven growth leader who has successfully built marketing and sales engines from scratch and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Build and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies including positioning, conversion optimization, contractor network management, content calendars, campaign workflows, and brand messaging frameworks. Implement multi-channel lead generation across SEO, content, paid channels, and partnerships; design and optimize marketing funnels for high-value projects.
Sales Enablement & Process Design: Create sales playbooks, develop sales cadences, coach sales teams, build CRM workflows, and establish reporting and pipeline management systems.
Real Estate Deal Flow Systems: Design systematic deal sourcing workflows, manage acquisitions processes, develop outreach scripts, and optimize investor marketing funnels to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified deals.
Revenue Operations & Analytics: Establish KPI frameworks with reporting dashboards, track and optimize funnel conversion rates, manage revenue forecasting and strategic direction, and implement systematic testing frameworks.
Expectations & Qualifications
- Proven track record in scaling revenue for service-based businesses or agencies.
- Experience in designing and executing both marketing strategies and sales processes.
- Strong network of contractors including copywriters, designers, and ad managers.
- Ability to independently set up complex systems with minimal oversight.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in performance tracking and forecasting.
- Excellent English communication skills for client interaction and team management.
