The Opportunity
The Growth Analyst role sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, analytics, and product. You will support performance marketing efforts with deep insights, identify opportunities across the funnel, and optimize campaigns driving customer acquisition and subscription growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition & Funnel Optimization: Analyze top-of-funnel metrics, monitor cohort behavior, and optimize marketing ROI by tracking key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel attribution.
- Lifecycle & Retention Analytics: Build dashboards measuring the complete customer lifecycle, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements to drive conversion and reduce churn.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Collaborate with data teams to design integrated datasets, build dashboards in Metabase and Amplitude, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 3+ years using SQL with Snowflake, MySQL, Redshift, or similar.
- Experience with modern data stacks and data visualization tools (preferably Metabase).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with performance marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
- Background in food & beverage, marketplaces, or subscription commerce.
- Knowledge of geographic analytics and multi-sided marketplace metrics.
