The Opportunity

As a Financial Data Analyst Remote LATAM, you will take ownership of our acquisitions pipeline and financial data aggregation. This role focuses on providing insights and automating data collection to support strategic decision-making in M&A and asset management.

  • Build templates and automate data collection using Python and SQL.
  • Create and maintain dynamic financial models in Excel.
  • Synthesize large datasets to extract KPIs and trends.
  • Collaborate with leadership to inform deal strategy.
  • Support asset management and handle ad-hoc pipeline tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Data Aggregation & Automation: Use Python and SQL to pull data, build and maintain Excel models, and ensure robust data pipelines.

Analytical & Strategic Partnership: Work closely with leadership to deliver actionable insights and market research support.

Portfolio & Asset Support: Analyze performance of existing properties and assist in deal flow management.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL.
  • Background in financial analysis, modeling, or capital markets.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to data processing.
  • Understanding of basic finance concepts including rental yield and equity.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
