The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Remote LATAM to support the founder across multiple industries. In this role, you will manage daily schedules, emails, calendars, and various administrative tasks to free up the founder for high-level strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage schedules, emails, and calendars as the primary gatekeeper.
- Sales & Client Communication: Send sales support emails, follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Project Coordination: Support project management across distinct business lines.
- Administrative Excellence: Organize documents, reports, and confidential records.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in an executive support or high-level administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solving mindset and reliable internet connection.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours.
