Overview of the Executive Assistant Role
We are actively seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and independent Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide direct support to Samrat in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This is a critical replacement hire, requiring someone who operates at a senior EA level, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can execute flawlessly without needing constant direction. The ideal Executive Assistant anticipates needs, prevents issues before they arise, communicates clearly with accurate ETAs, and takes full ownership of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and personal support, managing complex schedules, calendars, and logistics with zero-error tolerance.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them before they escalate.
- Own tasks end-to-end with clear accountability, follow-through, and timely delivery.
- Manage travel planning and itineraries with extreme attention to detail.
- Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner, ensuring Samrat’s time is protected and optimized.
- Track action items, deadlines, and priorities, providing clear updates and ETAs.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously improve processes and systems to increase efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Mid-level to senior Executive Assistant experience (minimum 5+ years).
- Proven track record supporting senior executives in demanding environments.
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused.
- Highly independent, proactive, and able to take charge without micromanagement.
- Strong problem-solving mindset; anticipates rather than reacts.
- Resilient, reliable, and calm under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven approach to work.
- Spanish proficiency preferred, to support operations in Latin America (Mexico and broader LATAM region).
