About the Role
The Executive Project Assistant - English Fluency is a mission-critical partner to a high-performing real estate developer, agent, and investor. This role blends executive assistance with project management, ensuring that the Executive's business and personal realms are seamlessly organized.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize evolving professional and personal calendars
- Coordinate meetings, travel, communications, and project logistics
- Triage emails and prepare agendas for critical meetings
- Attend daily standups and mission-critical meetings virtually
- Support special projects and personal affairs with precision
- Anticipate needs, solve problems before escalation, and maintain discretion
Expected Results
The Executive’s calendar reflects high-leverage priorities, nonessential time drains are eliminated, and projects are executed with zero oversight required. Communications are managed efficiently, schedules are optimized, and all travel and logistics are prepped with layered contingencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent English communication (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
- 4+ years in a similar Executive or Personal Assistant role
