We are seeking a hyper-organized and detail-obsessed Data Operations Coordinator to support multiple internal departments with data administration and process management. This high-impact role is essential for ensuring our core data is timely, accurate, and ready for system ingestion.
Mission & Overview
The role is designed for a numbers hawk with a background in Audit, Finance, or Data. Your main responsibility is to manage utility rate updates, thus freeing our data scientists to focus on strategic work.

- Manage end-to-end data workflow for utility rate updates
- Perform quality assurance and reconciliation of data entries
- Enforce process compliance including file management protocols
- Provide general administrative support including EA tasks
- Maintain clear asynchronous communication across time zones
Qualifications & Logistics
Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, technical aptitude with spreadsheets, and the ability to work with a heavy overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) during training. Post-training, the role becomes more autonomous with limited overlap requirements.
