Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our fast-paced e-commerce marketing team. In this role, you will transform raw advertising data into actionable insights that drive performance across multiple departments. You will be the bridge between complex data and clear decision-making, optimizing our multi-channel advertising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret advertising performance data from platforms.
- Build comprehensive reports identifying winning creative strategies.
- Create cross-department reports for content teams.
- Manage campaign setup and basic optimization tasks.
- Maintain and update performance tracking systems in Notion.
- Clean, organize, and synthesize large datasets.
- Identify trends to inform testing strategies.
- Automate reporting processes where possible.
- Track creative performance metrics for monthly reporting.
- Support A/B testing initiatives with data collection and analysis.

Qualifications
Required: 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, experience with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads, strong analytical skills, comfort with messy data, keen organizational skills, ability to learn new tools quickly, and openness to using AI tools for enhanced productivity.
Preferred: Experience with Notion, familiarity with Supermetrics or similar tools, background in performance marketing or media buying, and understanding of e-commerce metrics and creative testing methodologies.
