Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Executive / System Administrator (0-3 years experience) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining the firm’s digital and hardware infrastructure, ensuring seamless daily operations across all systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware on desktops and laptops.
- Manage and maintain networking and server systems (software and hardware).
- Install, configure, and update software as required.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure system reliability and security.
- Provide support for MS Office and other essential software applications.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader team.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation of IT-related processes.

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Software & Hardware Operations.
