About the role
Product Owner Data and AI - Mid Level
We are seeking a motivated Product Owner to join our team at Somativa. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and our data and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, conducting discovery and refinement.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Ensure team understanding of demands and requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the data and AI backlog.
- Oversee development according to sprint planning.
- Validate deliverables to ensure they meet defined criteria.
- Track team metrics such as lead time and velocity, and report development progress to clients.
- Manage stakeholders effectively.
- Support the sales team with insights on client value generation and inputs for new demand creation.
- Participate in Scrum events including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Knowledge of business processes across various domains (finance, HR, marketing, procurement, etc.).
- Experience in technology development projects, particularly in data, analytics, or AI.
- Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven ability to interact with stakeholders from diverse areas (business and technical) and levels (operational to executive).
