The Impact You’ll Make on this Role
As a Global Marketing Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Performing strategic development and execution of integrated global marketing communication strategies, translating business objectives into compelling messaging that ensures consistent brand and product relevance across all regions and segments.
- Executing global agency partnerships to deliver high-impact creative assets and maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints—including agency selection, creative brief development, and strategic feedback on deliverables.
- Supporting new product introductions (NPI) by defining communication strategies, collaborating with Global Portfolio Marketers and Scientific Education and Evidence teams to deliver comprehensive Global NPI Product Content Launch Packages.
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration with global and regional marketing teams, corporate Brand & Communications, and portfolio leadership to align messaging, integrate market and brand health insights, and ensure consistency across all markets.
- Preparing scalable foundational communication toolkits, assets, and content strategies tailored to regional needs, while monitoring and adjusting strategies based on market dynamics, campaign performance, and business opportunities.
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of marketing communications experience
- 5 years of experience developing integrated marketing communications strategies across multiple channels (digital, print, events) and global/regional markets
- 3 years of experience managing agency partnerships, creative workflows, and vendor relationships within a matrixed organization
- 3 years of experience in product marketing communications, including new product introduction (NPI) launches, campaign development, and content strategy
- Experience ensuring brand integrity and compliance across communication assets in a regulated or healthcare environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience in healthcare or medtech marketing communications with global scope, including cross-regional content localization and agency management in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Skills include strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, creative brief development, brand governance, agency management, project management, and exceptional written and verbal communication

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
