The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Ethics & Compliance Business Partner Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This position will report directly to the E&C Americas Leader and will work closely with other regional compliance leads to support the Solventum Ethics & Compliance Program across the USAC region.
- Lead the implementation and execution of the E&C compliance program within the United States and Canada (USAC) for the Dental and HIS businesses through training, guidance, risk assessment, communications, processes, third party onboarding and elevating awareness of the Solventum Code of Conduct.
- Support commercial and operational stakeholders in their efforts to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks; Monitor key compliance metrics and assist in the development of action plans & strategies that address opportunities.
- Review high-risk transactions and engagements, such as conflicts of interests, third party intermediary due diligence, business programs and courtesies (pre-approval and post activity monitoring).
- Lead compliance governance processes in the Area to ensure leaders are setting the right tone, compliance has visibility to business strategies, and key compliance initiatives are being cascaded.
- Act as primary point-of-contact for employee questions, and / or directing employees to the right resources to address concerns.
- Support execution of shared compliance responsibilities across USAC.
Your Skills & Expertise (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field (completed and verified prior to start).
- Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of proven hands-on experience working in a public or private environment in the fields of ethics and compliance, law, finance, audit or other roles involved with company governance processes.
- Experience working in healthcare or the life sciences industry with a multi-national corporation.
- Fluent knowledge and understanding of applicable health care laws and regulations related to interactions with government officials and organizations, including health care professionals and organizations (i.e., False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act).
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Advanced degree in Law (J.D) or Business (MBA).
- Working familiarity with (proficiency desirable) platforms such as Concur, Salesforce.com, PowerBI, SAP or their equivalents.
- Experience collaborating with multiple functions and countries; ability to influence divergent positions into a common standard.
- Expertise in operational decisions specific to compliance that may impact how financial resources are generated or spent.
- Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset and lean thinking; recognizing opportunities to drive improvements and taking initiative to deliver.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated project management and execution skills.
- Self-motivated, problem solver with ability to handle ambiguity and overcome obstacles.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills including verbal, listening and highly developed presentation.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
