Job Description
Test Automation Engineer iOS at Solvd, Inc.
We're on the lookout for a Test Automation Engineer iOS with strong iOS automation experience to join our team, working on an exciting social news aggregation platform.
Responsibilities
- Automate and maintain test suites for various features on the iOS mobile application.
- Increase automation coverage and fix tests to ensure a high pass rate.
- Monitor daily and weekly test execution reports and proactively raise issues.
- Support weekly release validations.
- Perform manual testing for scenarios that are not yet automated.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to analyze upcoming features or changes.
- Create comprehensive test plans and document test cases in a Test Management Tool.
- Provide support to product/development teams for specific testing requests.
- Maintain and enhance the internal test framework, built upon the native mobile test framework (XCUITest).
Mandatory Requirements
- Solid knowledge of general mobile testing concepts.
- Proficiency in programming language: Swift.
- Experience with test framework: XCUITest.
- Familiarity with IDE: XCode.
- Experience with cloud testing platform: BrowserStack.
- Understanding and application of Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
- Proficiency with Test Case Management tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tool: Bitrise.
- Familiarity with version control system: GIT.
- Proficiency with project management tool: Jira.
